In a 1-hour lab review, you’ll experience a personalized, in-depth look into your lab test results. This is purchased as a one off service and does not include a program or supplement reccomendations.

In our 1-hour Lab Test Review, I will personally walk you through an interpretation summary of up to 4 lab tests that you’ve already completed.

During this focused session, I’ll give you a clear, big-picture overview of what your results actually mean for your health. Instead of staring at confusing numbers and reference ranges, you’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s going on in your body and what the patterns in your labs may be telling you.

As a complimentary service, I will also provide you with a simple, easy-to-understand summary handout that breaks down your lab results in plain language. This personalized handout highlights the key findings, explains important markers, and serves as a helpful reference you can keep and share if needed.

This 1-hour review is perfect for you if: You’ve had recent blood work, hormone panels, thyroid tests, nutrient levels, Food Sensitivity Tests or other labs done and:

  • You want clear answers without the confusion of wondering if a biomarker ok or not using Functional tighter ranges (before disease state).

  • You want guidance and a direction to go in after you get your lab tests back. (What does it all mean, when are the next steps i should take after getting results back).

  • You want to have written summaries provided free of charge to refer back to that clarify exactly what your results tell you.

  • Have Autoimmune Disease and want to understand what foods are cross reactive based on your lab tests (some foods you will react to may not show on a sensitivity test) so I can guide you what protocols to follow.
